 It works with iPhone 3G! Jul 12, 2009
No problem to report after several months of use. The cable is a bit stiff, but otherwise works as advertised with iPhone 3G.

This product was an unbelievable value. For 97 cents plus postage, I was getting a charger for my iPhone. Of course it was too good be true. It stopped working on the third use (within one week), and sent HEAVY static through my iPhone when I did use it and was playing music in the car. In the end, there was no point in sending back a 97 cent charger, as the postage would be even more.

I bought two of these for me and my mother and neither work at all on our iphone 3g's. Waste of money

This is a great charger. I was a little concerned when I first opened the package - it isn't an authentic Apple charger and felt slightly cheap, but after using it I am impressed. It's a great price and charges the phone in no time flat!

Although the product I received was different than what website showed, it works. Perhaps, this is what they call "slight of hand". There should be some control on such things by Amazon!
